These Terms & Conditions govern the engagement of services provided by MATRIX FACILITY SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (the "Company"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

The Company provides facility management, housekeeping, cleaning, manpower placement, laundry, landscape and related support services. The specific scope, deliverables, deployment size and duration for each engagement will be defined in a signed proposal or service agreement between the Company and the client.

Client Responsibilities

The client shall provide safe premises, reasonable access, water, electricity and any other utilities required for the Company to deliver the agreed services, and shall designate a point of contact for coordination.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within the credit period agreed in the signed proposal. Any applicable taxes will be charged extra.

Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability under any engagement is limited to the value of services provided in the month in which the claim arises. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions or public emergencies.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
